£34.99 for the team · about £6 each for a team of six
The Lost Dial of Covent Garden is one story, on real streets, played when you arrive.

Step 1
Your team starts in Covent Garden Piazza. Each player joins on their own phone. There is no time slot.

Step 2
The story pulls you through the markets and the monument. You look up, solve what is in front of you, and keep walking.

Step 3
The walk ends on the forecourt, about 2.8 km from where you started. Pause for a coffee whenever you like. The app keeps your place.

Nobody had to book it. We turned up at the Piazza, opened the app, and the story took the afternoon.

Four of us, Covent Garden
We paused for a coffee on the way through Seven Dials. The quest was still there when we came back.

Before a show
Each of us had the story on our own phone, so the walk did not turn into one person reading aloud.

Cluenaverse is a mobile city quest and outdoor mystery experience. You follow a story, solve clues, and explore the city with your team. For a team, it is best if each player joins on their own phone. Our quests are self-guided. You play when you want, at your own pace, in central London.
Choose a quest, buy activation codes at checkout, then open the Cluenaverse app and redeem a code. Head to the start location with your team (2-6 players recommended). Each player should join the experience on their own phone. Follow the story - clues will guide you from location to location until you crack the case.
No. Cluenaverse quests are self-guided and flexible. Once you've bought a quest, you can start whenever it suits you (within the validity of your ticket). The app saves your progress if you want to pause and continue later.
Most quests take between 2 and 3 hours if you move at a steady pace. You can take longer if you pause for food or drinks along the way. Duration is given on each quest page.
Quests are for colleagues, friends, families, and couples, in teams of 2 to 6. Age recommendations vary by quest - some are suitable for ages 10+, others for 12+ or 14+. Check the individual quest page for details.
Each player should bring a smartphone with the Cluenaverse app installed, plus comfortable shoes for walking and weather-appropriate clothing. No special equipment or prior knowledge of London is required.
You play it in the Cluenaverse app, on the streets of Covent Garden.
